Burger Time!

MMMMmm!

This Friday's gluten-free menu is even make MY mouth water, and I'm cooking! It will also be my last BBQ until I return from traveling. Tressa will keep them going, so keep showing up! We've got a huge tent outside, so the weather isn't a factor in you enjoying our super delicious food at a great price! The last few weeks have been incredible, we've been selling out, which is exactly our goal!
BYOB, get there early and hang out as long as you want!

It's been a beautiful week of sun here in Portland, come relax in the back yard or on the front porch of our lovely little kitchen-house!

The menu:

Beef and Beef Heart Burgers* on a bed of Chickpea-battered Onion Rings with Peach Chutney and Raw Kale Salad.

*If you've never had beef heart burgers, you are in for a treat! They are the richest, most nutritious burgers ever, you'll wish every burger was made this way!

$10/plate. Food starts at 7 pm and goes until it is gone!

  2. It is happening tomorrow, so maybe you can make it? Kids/babies are welcome! The recipe is easy, just add some heart to your grind. Depending on your taste, I'd say 1:4 heart to grind. Other than that, use whatever burger recipe you have up your sleeve! Spicy, fatty, super lean, stuffed, lamb, everyone has their fave.
