The BCN/PDX Sip and Swill begins with the belly of Red Wattle pork finished on filbert orchards in the Willamette Valley. Coffee from Extracto Roasters, tea from Tao of Tea, and liquor from both House Spirits Distillery and Clear Creek Distillery, some of Portland best names in coffee, tea and liquor will be used to create five flavors of bacon! In order to best highlight the characteristics of each flavor, the bacon will be served in its most humble of presentations, the BLTwith all the fixings including a few handmade mayos and special toppings!
Each flight will present five BLT's and a salad. Guests may supply their own beverages.
